Project: HPE Aruba Networking

HTML5 CSS JavaScript PHP WordPress CMS SEO Google Tag Manager Google Analytics (GA4) Looker Studio

In my time at Aruba, the website arubanetworks.com grew into a global, lead-generating marketing engine supporting 17 languages. I have seen it through rebranding (twice), worked on 3rd-party integrations, optimized page performance, managed analytics tracking, created traffic reports and dashboards. I'm proud of my contribution to the website success, but it has been sunsetted in November 2024 and much of it is no longer online—please see some of my work below.

HPE Aruba Networking home page, October 2024

Website

I have developed many of the site's templates, themes, and components (written in PHP, interactions in JavaScript). Showing the 2024 rebranding.

Landing pages

Developed and maintained lead-generation forms that integrated with Eloqua and, later, Marketo and had enhanced client-side validation.

3rd party integrations

These are some of the tools that I've helped to implement on the website: analytics, marketing automation, SEO, consent management, chat, account-based marketing.

Features

See some of the tools I've developed for the website.

SMB product finder

Product wizard

A questioner designed to help customers find the best combination of products for their needs. Originally it was developed by an agency in jQuery, but I've heavily modified and updated it several times.

Product gallery

Product gallery

This widget showcased multiple product models and allowed to zoom in for details. Based on a Fancybox jQuery plugin.

Main navigation

Navigation menu

I customized the standard WordPress menu to support multiple levels and made responsive for mobile devices. I also converted jQuery code into vanilla Javascript to improve page load time.

Site search

Site search

This widget in the main nav supported auto-complete and served results from several repositories. I integrated the auto-complete plugin, added repository filters to the search page and managed repositories (Swiftype by Elasticsearch).

Feedback widget

Feedback widget

I implemented this feedback widget for all pages (and its thumb up/down variation on select resources) utilizing a secure connection to Qualtrics service using OAuth protocol.

I'm always learning and developing new skills—please see below what I've mastered so far (unless indicated, assume 5-25 years of hands-on experience).
